At Quest, we yearn to make a difference. While most consider team building to be mere activities, we at Quest recognize that when activities are meaningful and flavoured with deft facilitation, they become more enjoyable and engaging to the participants. This makes our interventions more memorable, inspiring and leave a lasting impression on the participants’ behaviour. 

Also, in bigger groups, we always maintain a maximum number of 15 persons per team, irrespective of the total group size, to ensure high level of engagement. When we conducted India’s largest team building event with 750 participants at the same time, we made 50 teams, and each team had an instructor, making the Quest team size itself of 60 instructors approximately!

While Quest is head quartered in Mumbai, India, with branches in Bengaluru and Delhi, we cover pan India as well as the neighbouring Maldives and middle east countries. Only local transportation of the Quest team needs to be covered in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Delhi, wherein for other locations, inter city travel will have to be also be borne by the client.

During the team building, the client is expected to take care of the boarding and lodging of the Quest team, as necessary.

Almost all material is taken care of by Quest. The client only has to ensure adequate open space for the activities (indoor or outdoor), and a closed air conditioned room for the debrief sessions.

With more than 15 years of experience across the length and breadth of the country, Quest can provide end-to-end solutions for an off site, right from the time a client reaches the venue, to the point of departure. We ensure the venue is suitable for the team building sessions, and meets certain minimum standards of cleanliness and comfort for a highly successful event.

On the other hand, we are also happy to come exclusively for the a team building intervention to a venue organized by the client.

All our team building activities are 100% safe for all age categories. We expect to be informed by the client incase any participant has a medical condition which may require special attention, and we then take an appropriate call from a safety perspective. Only Firewalking and some specific adventure activities carry a certain amount of risk which is informed in advance to the client and participants, and a suitable disclaimer is taken for the same.

We understand that at times unforeseen circumstances may force clients to cancel / postpone a planned program. We try to adjust as much as possible in such circumstances. However, we have a limited team, and often we have to turn down other clients once we commit to a certain client/s. Thus we expect clients to compensate us for any travel arrangement made by us in advance for our team and equipment, and compensate us for loss of business as a result of the cancellation.

When we work with new clients, we expect 50% of the training fees on confirmation, and balance three days before the program date. All travel and stay bookings need to be paid 100% in advance, at the time of confirmation.
